Events
At present there are no events planned.
So far this year we have been very busy. We were lucky enough to have celebrity chefs Neven Maguire and Andrew Rudd give cookery demonstrations in aid of the Sam McMahon Trust. We then had what has become the annual ‘Open Garden‘ in June. Finally, August saw the King of Greystones Triathlon with over 200 people taking part. We were lucky to be selected by the committee to share in part of the funds raised.
None of these events took place without a huge amount of preparation and work. To Sam’s grandparents Clare, Fergus, Pat and Christy(in Heaven), his aunts Sandra, Karen, Sue, Jennie, Deirdre and Nuala, his uncles Ray, Cormac, Larry, Stephen, Nat and Bill we appreciate your constant support and help. Thanks also to the trustees John and Aisling. So many people volunteered to help out at events throughout the year, we were touched by your kindness. To all of you who have supported events by buying tickets, sponsoring prizes and helping out, thank you.
